1. Donations

1.1 Non-Refundable Policy
Donations made to StreetWaves Corp., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, are generally non-refundable. All contributions, whether monetary or in-kind, are considered final and are used to further our mission of mentoring Florida’s youth through swimming, surfing, boating, environmental education, and offshore fishing.

1.2 Donation Errors
If you believe that an error was made during the donation process (e.g., an incorrect amount was charged), please contact us within 14 days of the donation at info@streetwaves.org. We will review the request and, if deemed appropriate, will issue a refund or correct the error. Refunds will only be issued back to the original payment method.

2. Merchandise Sales

2.1 Return and Exchange Policy
StreetWaves Corp. accepts returns and exchanges on merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@streetwaves.org with your order details. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

2.2 Refund Process
Refunds for merchandise will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after we have received the returned item.

2.3 Non-Refundable Items
Certain items, such as custom-made or personalized merchandise, are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. These items will be clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

3. Giveaway Raffles

3.1 Entry Fees
All entry fees for giveaway raffles conducted by StreetWaves Corp. as fundraisers are non-refundable. Once an entry fee has been submitted, it is considered a donation to StreetWaves Corp. and is used to support our mission.

3.2 Giveaway Cancellation
In the unlikely event that a giveaway raffle is canceled by StreetWaves Corp., all entry fees will be refunded to the original payment method used.

3.3 Winner Selection and Notification
All decisions regarding the selection of winners for giveaway raffles are final. Winners will be notified according to the terms and conditions provided at the time of the raffle.
