1. Introduction
Welcome to StreetWaves Corp., a non-profit organization dedicated to mentoring Florida’s youth through swimming, surfing, boating, environmental education, and offshore fishing. Founded in 2008, StreetWaves Corp. aims to empower underrepresented youth by providing them with the skills and confidence to navigate both water and life. We also accept tax-deductible donations and host giveaways as ongoing fundraisers to support our mission.
By participating in any of our programs, events, or fundraisers, or by making a donation, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Non-Profit Status
StreetWaves Corp. is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Donations made to StreetWaves Corp. are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please consult with a tax advisor to determine the tax implications of your donation.

3. Participation in Programs
3.1 Eligibility
Our programs are designed for Florida’s youth, particularly those from underrepresented communities. Eligibility requirements may vary by program and will be communicated to participants upon registration.

3.2 Registration
Participants must complete a registration form and agree to any specific program guidelines. Consent from a parent or guardian may be required for minors.

3.3 Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes respect, safety, and responsibility. Any behavior that compromises the safety or well-being of others may result in dismissal from the program.

4. Fundraisers and Giveaways
4.1 Fundraising Activities
StreetWaves Corp. conducts various fundraising activities, including giveaways. These activities help fund our programs and operations. Participation in these activities is voluntary.

4.2 Giveaways
Giveaways are organized as part of our fundraising efforts. Specific terms and conditions for each giveaway, including eligibility, entry methods, and prize details, will be provided at the time of the giveaway. All entries must comply with the stated rules. StreetWaves Corp. reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with the rules or that attempt to manipulate the giveaway process.

All funds raised through donations, giveaways, and other fundraising activities will be used to support StreetWaves Corp.’s mission and programs. This includes covering operational costs, program expenses, and other activities directly related to our mission.

StreetWaves Corp. respects the privacy of our donors. We do not sell or share personal information of our donors with any third party without explicit consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability
StreetWaves Corp. will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with participation in our programs, fundraisers, or any other activities, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

7. Indemnification
By participating in our programs or activities, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StreetWaves Corp., its officers, directors, employees, associates and volunteers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your participation.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
StreetWaves Corp. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued participation in our programs or activities following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
